रेप को विभाजित करती अतिवादी लोगों की मानसिकता / The mindset of extremists dividing rape

भगवान ने पुरुष और महिला की शारीरिक संरचना भिन्न इसलिए बनाई कि यह संसार आगे बढ़ सके। लेकिन परिवेश में घुलती अनैतिकता और बेशर्म आचरण ने पुरुषों के मानस में स्त्री को मात्र भोग्या ही निरूपित किया है। यह आज की बात नहीं है अपितु बरसों-बरस से चली आ रही एक लिजलिजी मानसिकता है जो दिन-प्रतिदिन फैलती जा रही है।स्त्री शरीर को लेकर बने सस्ते चुटकुलों से लेकर चौराहों पर होने वाली छिछोरी गपशप तक और इंटरनेट पर परोसे जाने वाले घटिया फोटो से लेकर हल्के बेहूदा कमेंट तक में अधिकतर पुरुषों की गिरी हुई सोच से हमारा सामना होता है। 

अक्सर टीवी डिबेट में या कहीं सुनने को मिल जाता है कि रुषों का बढ़ता तनाव भी बलात्कार का कारण होता है और महिलाओं के प्रति बढ़ता अपमानजनक माहौल भी पुरुष के दुस्साहस को बढ़ाने में उत्प्रेरक का काम करता है। हमारी सामाजिक मानसिकता भी स्वार्थी हो रही है। फलस्वरूप किसी भी मामले में हम स्वयं को शामिल नहीं करते और अपराधी में व्यापक सामाजिक स्तर पर डर नहीं बन पाता। पहली बार निर्भया के समय में सामाजिक रोष प्रकट हुआ। वरना तो ना सोच बदली है ना समाज। अभी भी हालात 70 प्रतिशत तक शर्मनाक हैं। यह कारण बलात्कार के 80 प्रतिशत मामलों में प्रमुख वजह बनकर उभरा है। हर छोटे-बड़े शहर में नशा इस तरह बिकता है जैसे पानी के पाऊच मिल रहे हो। शाम को आप अपने ही शहर की परिक्रमा करने निकले तो चार चौराहों के बीच पांच शराब की दुकान मिलना आम बात है।

जो कुछ हो रहा है, उससे हर घर की महिला को एक डर सता रहा हैं. मीडिया खबर अपने अपने हिसाब से चला रही है तो आखिर किसको सच माने ? स्त्री अब क्या करेगी, कैसे जिएगी, कैसे अपना मुंह सबको दिखाएगी- ये कैसे सवाल हैं? लोग रो रहे हैं, दुखी हैं, और कह रहे हैं अब तन ढकने से क्या, बेचारी का जो था सो तो सब लुट गया। इज्जत सरेआम रौंद डाली गई। अब तो बेचारी तिल-तिल कर घुट-घुट कर मरेगी। यह सब क्या है। यह कैसी सहानुभूति है, जो बलात्कार का शिकार हुई स्त्री को स्वाभाविक जीवन जीता देखना गवारा नही करती।

हमारी संसद में बैठी संसद में बैठी  स्त्रियां  हो या देश की जानी मानी शक्तिशाली स्त्रियां हो वो नहीं जानतीं कि रोजाना सार्वजनिक वाहनों में सफर करना महिला के लिए कैसा अनुभव होता है? वे नही जानतीं कि सड़क पर चलना क्या होता है। एक सामान्य पुरुष साथी की तरह खुली हवा में सांस लेने, कभी-कभार फिल्म-पिकनिक की मौज-मस्ती के लिए स्त्री को मानसिक रूप से कितना तैयार होना पड़ता है। फिर वो जया बच्चन हो , कंगना रनौत , डिम्पल यादव , स्मृति ईरानी , स्वरा भास्कर हो या सोनिया गांधी , इनको अपनी पहचान छोड़ कर सामान्य स्त्री का जीवन एक दिन के लिए जीकर देखें तो शायद इस संसद में चिल्लाने या रोने की जरूरत न पड़े।

लेकिन इन शक्तिमान महिलाओं को विलाप करते देखना अजीब लगता है। जिनके पास सत्ता की ताकत है, कानून बनाने और उसे क्रियान्वित करने की क्षमता है, जिन्हें अपनी इस जिम्मेदारी को कब का पूरा कर देना चाहिए था उनकी आंखों में सिर्फ आंसू आ रहे हैं, वे सिर्फ मार्मिक भाषण दे रही हैं, वे नम आंखों से निहार रही हैं, वे आक्रोश प्रदर्शित कर रही हैं। अरे ये सारे काम तो संसद से बाहर बैठी महिलाएं भी कर रही हैं, फिर संसद की क्या जिम्मेदारी है? कहाँ गयी बॉलीवुड में ड्रग्स पर सवाल उठने पर चीख चीख कर बोलने वाली जया बच्चन , एक ऑफिस टूटने पर झाँसी की रानी बनने वाली कंगना रनौत ? लेकिन जहां इस बात पर बहस चलती हो कि लड़की कैसे कपडे पहनती है, किस समय बाहर जाती है, लड़कों से दोस्ती रखती है, जोर-जोर से हंसती है, वहां सामान्य इंसान के रूप में स्त्री को स्वीकार किया जाना अभी बाकी है। नेताओं के बयान जो समाज को आइना दिखाना चाहिए वो अपनी मर्जी से बिना सोचे समझे कुछ भी बोल देते हैं, ऐसे बड़बोले नेताओं पर भी लगाम की जरुरत हैं. 

रेप जैसे घिनौने कृत्य पर भी राजनीति के हिसाब से और सरकारें देख कर लोग बोलते है कि कहीं जिस पार्टी या संगठन से जुड़ें हुए है वो बुरा न मान जाएँ, कुछ इसमें धर्म और जाति देख कर बोलने आते हैं. इसका सीधा मतलब है आपके अंदर की मानसिकता मर चुकी हैं जो सिर्फ अपनी पार्टी और खुद का हित देखते हो. आज आप दूसरों के साथ हुए घटना पर चुप हो कल भगवान न करें किसी के साथ कुछ बुरा हो लेकिन आपके घर में किसी के साथ कुछ हुआ तो वो भी चुप ही रहेगा क्योकि जैसे को तैसा ही मिलता हैं. इसलिए गलत के खिलाफ बोलना सीखे कम से कम रेप जैसे घिनौने कृत्य पर. 

रेप के लिए सबसे बड़ा कारण मेरी नज़र में विज्ञापन भी हैं, क्योकि हर जगह सिर्फ अंग प्रदर्शन करते विज्ञापन ही नज़र आते हैं.मीडिया का भी सबसे बड़ा हाथ हैं इसके अंदर क्योकि खेलों तक में यौन आकांक्षाएं पूरी करने को ‘हॉट गर्ल’, ‘ग्लैमर गुड़िया’ ढूंढ़ने का अभियान मीडिया चला रहा है, सिर्फ खेल देखना हो तो खेल लड़कियां दिखा ही रही हैं। बड़े लोगों का मन विश्व सुंदरियों से नहीं भरा तो अब खेलों में भी सुंदरी खोज रहे हैं। इसमें प्रिंट और दृश्य, दोनों मीडिया शामिल हैं। यही चैनल वाले रात-रात भर पॉवरप्राश, शक्तिप्राश और यौन-शक्तिवर्धक दवाओं के अश्लील विज्ञापन दिखाते हैं, फिर दिन भर बलात्कारियों को फांसी पर एसएमएस मंगवा कर ऊंची कमाई करते हैं। रात में प्रचार से कमाई और दिन में उसके विरोध से कमाई!

लगभग हर विज्ञापन में स्त्री को देह, उपयोग और उपभोग की चीज बना कर परोसा जाता है, हर चैनल पर हिंसा और अपराध की कथाएं मनोरंजक बना कर चटखारे लेकर परोसी जाती हैं, जिनमें अपराध का न तो विश्लेषण किया जाता है और न उसे गंभीर समाजशास्त्रीय नजरिए से प्रस्तुत किया जाता है। सभी चैनल मनोहर कहानियां का विजुअल संस्करण बन गए हैं। दिन-रात चैनलों पर हिंसा, हत्या ,बलात्कार देख कर जाहिर है एक हिंसक, मानसिक रूप से विकृत और कुंठित समाज ही बनेगा।

मैं पत्रकारिता और साहित्य का छात्र होने के साथ साथ एक छात्र प्रतिनिधि भी हूँ, एक संगठन से जुड़ें होने के कारण मेरी भी एक विचारधारा है. निर्भया के समय मैं भी इंडिया गेट गया था विरोध करने और मैंने भी पुलिस की लाठियां और पानी की बौछारे सही थी. मुझे उस समय भी बहुत बुरा लगा था और उस समय की कांग्रेस सरकार पर और बाद में दिल्ली की आम आदमी की सरकार पर जमकर सवाल किये थे और वहीं मैंने उन्नाव , हैदराबाद की घटना पर किये और हाथरस की घटना पर भी मैंने खुलकर बोला और बोल रहा हूँ, सवाल पूछ रहा हूँ. लेकिन कुछ अतिवादी लोग जिनको शायद किसी विचारधारा का शायद ही पता होगा, मेरे सवाल पूछने और सरकार को घेरने के ऊपर मुझे उल्टा बोले रहे है, मेरे सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट की रिपोर्ट कर रहे है, वहीं कुछ दूसरी विचारधारा वालों का अलग ही विधवाविलाप चल रहा हैं जो कि देश में कुछ भी हो जाएँ तो चलता रहता हैं. हिन्दू धर्म , जाति को ये लोग हर बार पानी पी - पी के कोसते हैं. आज मेरी हालत बिल्कुल वैसी थी जैसे द्रौपदी का जब चीर हरण भरी सभा में हो रहा था तो उस भरी सभा में केवल महात्मा विदुर ने ही हस्तिनापुर शासन से सवाल किया तो उनको शासन विरोधी, गद्दार कहा गया था. कुछ ऐसा ही मुझे आज महसूस हुआ. लेकिन सोशल मीडिया पर मैं शायद ही इन लोगों को सीरियस लूँ क्योकि जो अच्छे है वो सवाल करना जानते हैं. 

अटल जी ने 1996 में जब 1 वोट से उनकी सरकार गिर रही थी तो कहा था " सरकारें आएंगी, जाएंगी, पार्टियां बनेंगी, बिगड़ेंगी मगर ये देश रहना चाहिए।" चूंकि देश सर्वोपरि है.

Our social mindset is also getting selfish. Consequently, in any case, we do not involve ourselves and the offender does not have a widespread social level of fear. For the first time, social resentment appeared in the time of Nirbhaya. Otherwise, the mindset has not changed or the society. Still, the situation is shameful up to 70 per cent. This has been the main reason for 80 per cent of rape cases. In every small city, intoxication is such as getting water pouches. In the evening, when you go to your own city, it is common to get five liquor shops between the four intersections.

What is happening is causing a fear to every household woman. If the media is running the news according to its own, who should be true? What will the woman do now, how to live, how will her mouth show everyone-how are these questions? People are crying, unhappy, and saying what is now being covered by the body, what was the poor, and all of them were plundered. Izzat was publicly trampled. But it is strange to see these powerful women moan. Those who have the power of power, the ability to legislate and implement it, who should have fulfilled this responsibility, are only tears in their eyes, they are just making poignant speeches, they are admiring with damp eyes, they are showing resentment. Oh, all these things are also being done by women sitting outside Parliament, then, what is the responsibility of Parliament? Where did Bollywood scream when the drugs were questioned, Jaya Bachchan, who became the queen of Jhansi at an office breakdown, Kangana Ranauth? But where there is a debate on how the girl wears clothes, at what time she goes out, keeps friends with boys, laughs loudly, the woman is yet to be accepted as a normal person. The statements of the leaders, who should show the mirror to the society, speak anything thoughtlessly, and there is also a need to rein in such bad leaders. 

Even on a disgusting act like rape, in terms of politics and by looking at governments, people speak that the party or organization that is associated with it does not mind, some come to see religion and caste. This directly means that your inner mentality is dead, which is just the interest of your party and yourself. Today, you are silent on the incident with others, tomorrow, do not do anything bad with anyone, but if something happened to someone in your house, it will remain silent as you get a. The biggest reason for rape is also advertising in my eyes, because there are only advertisements everywhere. The media has the biggest hand in it because the campaign to find ' hot girl ', ' glamour doll ' to meet sexual aspirations in sports is running the media, only watching games, playing girls. The minds of the big people are not full of world beauties, so they are now looking for beauties in sports. This includes both print and visual media. The same channels show obscene advertisements of power-making, powerful and sexually empowered drugs overnight, then earn a high income by inviting SMS on hanging rapists all day long. Earning from the preaching work at night and earning from his opposition during the day!

In almost every advertisement, the woman is served by making a body, use and consumption, and the stories of violence and crime are served on every channel by entertaining, in which crime is neither analysed nor presented from a serious sociological perspective. All channels have become visual versions of fascinating stories. Watching violence, murder, rape on channels day and night will obviously become a violent, mentally distorted and frustrated society.

I am a student representative as well as a student representative of journalism and literature, i have an ideology because I join an organization. At the time of Nirbhaya, I also went to India Gate to protest and I too had right lathis and water showers from the police. I was very bad at that time and questioned the Congress government at that time and later on the aam aadmi government of Delhi, and i am asking questions on the Unnao, Hyderabad incident and also on hathras incident. But while some extremist people, who may hardly know any ideology, are speaking back to me on asking my questions and tackling the government, reporting my social media account, some other ideologies are running separate widows who continue to do anything in the country. These people are abusing water p-p every time to Hinduism, caste. Today, my condition was exactly the same as when Draupadi was in a rip-off house, only Mahatma Vidur questioned the Hastinapur regime in that full house, and he was called anti-government, traitor. Something like that I felt today. But on social media, I hardly take these people to the serious, because they know how to question what is good.
