शिक्षकों का सम्मान जरूरी है , respect every teacher

गुरु चाहे किसी भी धर्म , जाति , पंथ , समाज , पार्टी , विचारधारा का हो, गुरु हमेशा गुरु ही रहेगा । हमेशा गुरुओं का सम्मान करना चाहिए । क्योंकि गुरु हमेशा सिखाता है उसके बदले में कुछ लेता नहीं है । शिष्य के रूप में वो आपको तय करना है कि गुरु द्वारा दी गई शिक्षा आपको कितनी लेनी है । जीवन में कई अध्यापक पढ़ाते है ,सबकी अपनी अलग अलग विचारधारा होती है, परन्तु वो सिर्फ पढ़ाते है । सही और ग़लत का फर्क दिखाया है । अब वो तय करना है कि आप किस ओर आपका ज्यादा झुकाव है , लेकिन उसके बाद गुरु का सम्मान जरूरी है , उनका अभिमान जरूरी है । जब एक शिष्य कुछ बन कर जाता है तो सबसे बड़ा ईनाम अध्यापक के लिए कुछ नहीं होता । जीवन भर शिक्षक लाखों बच्चों को पढ़ाते है परन्तु जब वो कुछ बन जाते है तो वहीं उनकी सबसे बड़ी जीत होती है।

आज के दौर में गुरु - शिष्य परंपरा का गिरता स्तर देख कर कई बार दुख होता है । आज के दौर में अगर शिक्षक कक्षा में किसी चीज के लिए रोक रहा है तो जरूर उसके पीछे कोई न कोई कारण होगा , ये बात आज के दौर के छात्र - छात्राओं को समझनी चाहिए । बिना वजह के शिक्षकों के साथ बहस करने लग जाते है । अगर आपको बहस करनी है तो तार्किक रूप से करो ताकि शिक्षक को भी अच्छा लगे , किसी ऐसे विषय पर हो जो कि आगे चल कर उससे जीवन में लाभ मिले । मेरी नजर में आज के समय में एक पीरियड तार्किक बहस का भी होना चाहिए । जिससे बच्चों को एक मानसिक रूप से एक अच्छा विकास हो सके । आज के दौर में ऐसी चीजें जरूरी है । गुरु - शिष्य का रिश्ता सबसे बड़ा होता है , कहते है गुरु भगवान के बराबर होता है , इसलिए एक शिक्षक का हर हाल में सम्मान जरूरी है । शिक्षक कभी आपको गलत शिक्षा नहीं देगा । शिक्षकों का सम्मान जरूरी है ।

Whatever the Guru, any religion, caste, creed, society, party, ideology, Guru will always remain the guru. Always respect the gurus. Because the guru always teaches him nothing in return. As a disciple, you have to decide how much you have to take the education given by the Guru. Many teachers teach in life, everyone has their own different ideologies, but they only teach. The difference between right and wrong is shown. Now it is up to you to decide which side you are inclined, but after that the respect of the guru is necessary, his pride is necessary. When a disciple becomes something then there is nothing for the highest prize teacher. Lifetime teachers teach millions of children, but when they become something then they win their biggest victory.

In today's era, there is a lot of sadness in seeing the falling level of the guru-disciple tradition. In today's era, if the teacher is stopping for something in the classroom, then there must be some reason behind it, this thing should be understood today students of the students. Without reason, they start arguing with the teachers. If you have to argue then do it logically so that the teacher also feels good, is on a topic that will have the benefit in life. In my view, there should be a period of logical debate in today's time. So that children can have a good mental development. Such things are necessary in today's era. Guru-disciple's relationship is greatest, it is said that Guru is equal to God, so respect is essential to every teacher in every situation. Teachers will never give you wrong education. Respect for teachers is important.
