अक्सर आप सभी पूछते हैं कि आखिर मैं सबकी इतनी मदद क्यों करता हूँ , आज के लालची दौर में भी सबको हर चीज फ्री में क्यों उपलब्ध करवाता हूँ । आज इसका जवाब में इस लेख के करिए दूंगा आप सभी को । जो मदद मुझे कभी नहीं मिली उसके लिए किसी छात्र को परेशान न होना पड़े उसी का नतीजा हैं Bharat Gyanakshar 

बात उस समय की हैं जब मेरा कॉलेज में एडमिशन हुआ । मुझे आज भी याद हैं cut off की लड़ाई लड़ने के बाद रात के 10 बजे मेरा एडमिशन पूरा हुआ । उस समय मदद करने वाला कोई नहीं था । कॉलेज का हाल आज के मुकाबले बहुत ज्यादा खराब थे । सही जानकारी देने वाला कोई नहीं था और सही जानकारी न होने के कारण 4 बार मेरा फ़ॉर्म गलत हुआ । चलो जैसे तैसे कॉलेज में आ गए । लेकिन जब आपको कॉलेज के पहले दिन ही थप्पड़ पड़ जाएं तो आप भी सोच रहे होंगे कि अरे ये क्या हुआ । जी हाँ मुझे भी ऐसा ही लगा था । मोती लाल में चुनाव इतना जरूरी है ये बाद में पता लगा पर वोट किसे दूंगा इस सवाल पर पहले दिन थप्पड़ जरूर लग गया था । अब नया खून दिमाग़ घूम गया । कॉलेज बदलने की सोच ली थी तो लग गए उस काम में । कुछ अच्छे सीनियर मिले गौतम भाई और नीरज कान्त । आज भी याद हैं सबसे पहले यही मिले जो क्लास में आए थे, जब मैं और विनय सीनियर बन कर अपने ही क्लास के बच्चों की रैगिंग ले रहे थे , असली वाली नहीं , हंसी मज़ाक वाली । एकदम से गौतम भाई और नीरज कान्त आए और मैं और विनय लगे हुए हैं अपने काम में । भाई आए और हल्के से मुस्कुरा रहे हैं । फिर धीरे से बाहर लेकर गए और हम सब मिले तो इस तरह अपनी कॉलेज लाइफ के पहले सीनियर से मुलाकात हुई । लेकिन कॉलेज बदलने की लड़ाई यहीं खत्म नहीं हुई । अब सीनियर का साथ भी मिल चुका था । वो कहते हैं न कि जब 4 एक ही सोच के आदमी मिल जाए तो काम जल्दी होता हैं बस यही से बदलाव की शुरुआत हुई । 

विनय ने बाहर का मोर्चा संभाला और मैंने क्लास का । PRANG YOUTH PANEL नाम से एक ग्रुप बनाया सबने मिल कर और चल पड़े बदलाव की मुहिम पर ।  कॉलेज चुनाव । जी हाँ वहीं चुनाव जिसकी वजह से मुझे थप्पड़ पड़ा पर अब मुझे इसका थोड़ा तो ज्ञान हो गया था । president उम्मीदवार प्रेम कुमार मिश्रा । एक बेहद सुलझे हुए इंसान । आज भी याद हैं 5 सीट में से 4 सीट हम जीते और प्रेम भाई 4 वोट से जीते । लेकिन ये जीत खास थी क्योंकि 18 साल बाद हमने क्षेत्र के नाम से जीतते आ रहे लोगों को मुंह तोड़ जवाब दिया था । पूरे साल यूनियन और बाकी चीजों को समझने का समय लगा, इसी बीच पहले झटका लगा विनय ने कॉलेज छोड़ दिया । अब वो दोस्त जो स्कूल से लेकर कॉलेज तक साथ हो छोड़ जाए तो दुख होता हैं, पर मॉर्निंग कॉलेज में बचपन के दोस्त राज, प्रदीप , योगी और संतोष तो थे पर इनको राजनीति से मतलब नहीं था तो बाकी की मस्ती इनके साथ हो जाया करती थी । लेकिन एक बात खास थी मुझे मेरे टीचर्स का साथ मिल और सबसे ज्यादा मेरे पहले गुरु अश्वनी सर का , उसके बाद कान्हा राम सर , बृज किशोर सर और बाकी हिन्दी विभाग का पर अश्वनी सर ने कॉलेज और कॉलेज के बाहर हमेशा सपोर्ट किया । गलती पर डांट लगाई तो शाबासी भी दी । 

कॉलेज का दूसरा साल और हम जीती हुई यूनियन थे यानि इस साल डबल दबाव था लेकिन इस बार सुकून इस चीज का था कि इस बार खुद गौतम भाई प्रेसीडेंट और नीरज कान्त cc का चुनाव लड़ रहे थे । चुनाव हुआ और इस बार हमने 5 सीट जीत कर वापसी की । अब था बदलाव का मौका जसविंदर उफ्फ़ जस्सी मेरा यार बना culture president और मैं बना culture secretary । Moti lal nehru eveninng के इतिहास में पहली बार मैंने 6 culture society का गठन किया और पहली बार डांस टीम को भारती कॉलेज में तीसरा स्थान मिला । एक culture secretary के नाम पर बड़ी जीत थी । ये साल भी कैसे बीता पता नहीं लगा पर इन 2 साल में हमने जो बदलाव किए वो ये थे कि कॉलेज के हर छात्र को मदद के लिए परेशान नहीं होना पड़ता था । 

तीसरा साल काफी मुश्किल भरा और सीखने के काबिल था , मेरे सीनियर जा चुके थे , PRANG में नए लोग आ गए थे और  कमान अब मेरे हाथ में थी हालांकि गौतम भाई , विपिन भाई का साथ था पर बाहर से अब डूसू की राजनीति भी समझ चुका था । इस साल सबसे बड़िया जो हुआ वो था हिमांशु शौकीन से मिलना । सबसे यादगार चुनाव । 6 में से 6 सीट हम जीते । इसी चुनाव में पहली बार गौतम भाई के आँखों से आँसू आए, रात के 12 बजे गौतम भाई के आँसू और हम सबने जो सबको कॉल और मेसेज किए और फिर सुबह सबसे कॉन्टेक्ट किया वो बयां करना मुश्किल हैं । चुनाव सबसे ज्यादा वोटों से जीतें । मोती लाल में फिर इतिहास बना । ये साल भी कुछ अच्छा काम किया । इसी बीच पास आउट हुए और डीयू में सबसे अच्छे नंबर से पास भी हो गए । topper में नाम आ गया । जो खुद मेरे लिए हैरान करने वाली बात थी । खैर आगे बढ़ते हैं । एक चीज बताना भूल गया पहले साल ही ABVP join करना । 

अब South Campus में था और यहाँ मिले सबसे पहले अविनाश भैया , सतेन्द्र भैया , हरीश भैया जिसको हम प्यार से हैरी भैया भी बुलाते हैं । इसके अलावा ऋषिकेश भैया , चंदन भैया , राहुल भाई , नीरज , लखविंदर और बहुत सारे लोग । खैर यहाँ भी मस्ती के साथ पढ़ाई और ज्यादा हो गई और अब लाइब्रेरी भी जाना शुरू हो गया था । उसकी अलग ही मस्ती शुरू हो गई थी । इसी बीच विनय इस दुनिया को छोड़ कर चला गया , पापा का एक्सीडेंट हो गया , घर पर दिक्कत हो गई और भी कुछ खास लोग छोड़ गए।  कौन छोड़ कर गए आप सभी समझदार है समझ जाएंगे यूं कहूँ तो टूट सा गया था , तब मिले हम सब के प्रिय स्वर्गीय दिनेश तिवारी सर , एक ऐसा टीचर जिसको बच्चों से बहुत प्यार था, सर के क्लास और फिर उसके बाद intenship में अलग ही मज़ा आता था । आज भी याद हैं जब मेरे पहले आर्टिकल को सर ने 18 बार लिखवाया था। मैं गुस्से में था पर सर एक हल्की मुस्कान के साथ मुझे देख रहे थे । 

कैम्पस संधान और उसके लिए काम करना अलग ही अनुभव था । फिर सर का सपना था कि हर छात्र को फ्री में career guidance मिले और खुद रिटायर होने के बाद ऐसा करना चाहते थे । कोविड के समय में सर ने लगभग 800 छात्रों से फोन पर बात की पर किसको पता था कि 14 नवंबर 2020 दिवाली वाले दिन जब पूरा भारत रोशन हो रहा था तब एक दिया बुझ जाएगा , सर हम सबको छोड़ कर चले गए । मैँ भाग्यशाली था कि सर के अंतिम दर्शन हो गए । दिनेश सर ऐसे टीचर थे जिनसे मैं घंटों विभिन्न टॉपिक पर बात करता था, सर ने एकदम बदल लिया था, मेरी सोच भी । 

8 जुलाई 2020 Bharat Gyanakshar शुरू किया लेकिन जिस दिन इसका LOGO और NAAM लोगों के सामने लाना था उसी दिन सर छोड़ कर चले गए । एक बार फिर मैं अकेले खड़ा था , सब कुछ खुद करना था , सर से हिम्मत देने वाला हाथ उठ गया , लोगों के ताने और बहुत कुछ सहते सहते फिर आगे बढ़ना था । आज Bharat Gyanakshar 35 हजार छात्रों का समूह बन गया हैं , यहाँ सब कुछ FREE OF COST हैं । इसके जरिए भारत के हर सरकारी exam के नोट्स , कॉलेज के नोट्स सब कुछ free of cost दिए जाते हैं । इसके अलावा पिछले 3 साल से 3 हजार बच्चों को Neespaper pdf के रूम में दे रहा हूँ । इसके अलावा हर रविवार ( SUNDAY ) discussion session जिससे जो बच्चे बोलने से डरते है वो बोलना सीख जाए और उनका personality development हो क्योंकि upsc से लेकर job interview तक में इसकी जरूरत पड़ती हैं । 

इसके अलावा कई सीरीज का भी हमने निर्माण किया जिसमें कारगिल सीरीज , डीयू सीरीज , unsang heros सीरीज हैं । इसके जरिए छात्रों को internship provid कारवाई । इसके अलावा Bharat Gyanakshar की मीडिया विंग भी शुरू की जिसका नाम The BG TImes शुरू की जिसके जरिए मीडिया के छात्रों को सिखाने का काम शुरू किया । आज 35 से ज्यादा universities के 35 हजार छात्र जुड़ें है । मैं खुद career guidance , personality development , Mental health , youth problem , anxity session , exam session खुद लेता हूँ , इसके अलावा हर क्षेत्र के expert session भी समय समय पर होते रहते हैं । 

इन  3 साल में मैंने रोड पर चलते हुए, सोने से पहले, खाना छोड़ कर , कई बार इसी वजह से तबीयत तक खराब हुई पर मैं काम करता रहा , आज भी सुबह सुबह सबको Newspaper भेजने के बाद ही चाय पीटा हूँ । लोगों के ताने सुने, साथ छोड़ते देखा हैं पर जो सपना इस भारत और छात्रों के लिए देखा हैं उसको पूरा करने की जिद्द हैं । आज भी मुश्किल से 4 से 5 घंटे ही सो पाता हूँ क्योंकि छात्रों की डिमांड पूरी करनी होती है। टीम पूरा साथ देती हैं पर एक लीडर ही ऐक्टिव नहीं होगा तो टीम भी सुस्त हो जाती हैं । आज भी इतनी मेहनत करने के बाद भी कई लोग गाली देकर चले जाते हैं पर मैं मुस्कुरा कर उनको कुछ नहीं कहता क्योंकि वो नादान है ये सोच लेता हूँ । आज भी निराश होता हूँ तो सचिन पाजी के वीडियो देख लेता हूँ, खुद को खुद संभालते हुए दूसरों को खुशी देने की कोशिश कर रहा हूँ । 

इस कड़ी में सबसे ज्यादा साथ दिया वो हैं मेरी दोस्त दिव्या टूटेजा जो BG की President भी हैं , इसी ने अकेले मेरे गुस्से , 60 % काम , टीम को संभालना सब देखा और झेला हैं । अलका BG  की पहली  secretary और मेरी अच्छी दोस्त , दरअसल जब BG का नाम सोच रहे थे तब भारत मैंने दिया और ज्ञानक्षर अल्का ने दिया और इस तरह नाम मिला भारत ज्ञानक्षर । इसके logo और नाम के लिए भी कम से कम 50 से ज्यादा मीटिंग की होंगी । BG में 50 लोगों की टीम में से 45 गर्ल्स हैं । aanchal, krinal , niharika  yastika , utkarsha , ujjwal , khushi dahiya . pooja ahlawat , jyoti tiwari ये वो लोग हैं जिन्होंने कड़ी मेहनत से BG को आगे बढ़ाने में साथ दिया, हालांकि जो टीम छोड़ कर गए वो वापिस भी आएंगे ऐसी उम्मीद हैं । भारत ज्ञानक्षर आप सबका है , आप सबके लिए हैं ये वो सपना हैं जिसको दिनेश सर और मैंने मिलकर देखा । नजरिया बेशक अलग था पर सोच एक थी , मेरी सोच आज भी है की कोई भी छात्र  guidance की कमी के कारण रास्ता न भटके और कोचिंग का भूत छात्रों के दिमाग से उतार जाए और कोचिंग जो की धंधा बन गया है , उसको खत्म किया जाए । कोचिंग फ्री इंडिया का निर्माण हो और हर छात्र खुद के दम पर यूपीएससी से लेकर हर बड़ा exam पास करे। 

IN ENGLISH

Often you all ask why I help everyone so much, why I provide everything for free even in today's greedy era. Today I will answer this to all of you in this article. No student should have to worry about the help I never got, the result of that is Bharat Gyanakshar. 

That was when I got admission to college. I still remember that after fighting the cut-off battle, my admission was completed at 10 pm. There was no one to help at that time. The condition of the college was much worse than it is today. There was no one to give correct information and due to lack of correct information, my form went wrong 4 times. Let's get to college as soon as possible. But when you get slapped on the first day of college, you must also be thinking, 'Hey, what happened?' Yes, I felt the same way. It was later found out that elections in Moti Lal are so important, but on the first day, there was a slap on the question of whom to vote for. Now the new blood wandered through the mind. I thought of changing colleges, so I started doing that work. Gautam bhai and Neeraj Kant got some good seniors. I still remember the first time I met when Vinay and I were becoming seniors and ragging the children of our own class, not the real ones, but the funny ones. Suddenly Gautam bhai and Neeraj Kant came and Vinay and I are engaged in our work. The brother came and smiled lightly. Then slowly we were taken out and we all met, so we met the first senior of my college life. But the fight to change colleges didn't end there. Now the senior had also got support. They say that when 4 people of the same thinking are found, the work is done quickly, and just from this the change started. 

Vinay took over the front outside and I took the class. A GROUP CALLED PRANG YOUTH PANEL WAS FORMED BY ALL OF THEM TOGETHER AND STARTED ON THE CAMPAIGN FOR CHANGE.  College elections. Yes, that election caused me to be slapped, but now I had some knowledge of it. Prem Kumar Mishra is the presidential candidate. A very sorted person. Even today, we remember that out of 5 seats, we won 4 seats, and Prem Bhai won by 4 votes. But this victory was special because, after 18 years, we gave a befitting reply to the people who have been winning in the name of the region. It took time to understand the union and everything else throughout the year, in the meantime, Vinay left the college at first. Now those friends who leave together from school to college are sad, but in the morning college, childhood friends Raj, Pradeep, Yogi, and Santosh were there, but they did not care about politics, so the rest of the fun used to be with them. But one thing was special: I got my teachers' support and most of all my first guru, Ashwani sir, then Kanha Ram sir, Brij Kishore sir, and the rest of the Hindi department. If he scolded the mistake, he also congratulated him. 

In the second year of college and we were a winning union i.e. this year there was double pressure. Still, this time the comfort was that this time Gautam Bhai himself was contesting the president and Neeraj Kant was contesting the CC election. Elections were held and this time we came back by winning 5 seats. Now there was an opportunity for change Jaswinder alias Jassi became my friend's culture president and I became culture secretary. For the first time in the history of Motilal Nehru Evening, I formed 6 Culture Society and for the first time, the dance team got the third position in Bharti College. It was a big win in the name of a culture secretary. I don't know how this year passed, but the changes we made in these two years were that not every student of the college had to bother for help. 

The third year was very difficult and worth learning, my seniors had left, new people had come to PRANG and the command was now in my hands. The biggest thing that happened this year was to meet Himanshu Shokeen. The most memorable election. We won 6 out of 6 seats. For the first time in this election, tears came from Gautam bhai's eyes, Gautam bhai's tears at 12 o'clock in the night, and the calls and messages we all made and then contacted everyone in the morning, it is difficult to tell. Win the election with the highest number of votes. History was made again in pearl red. This year also did some good work. In the meantime, he passed out and passed with the best number in DU. The name appeared in the topper. Which was surprising to me. Well, let's move on. I forgot to tell you one thing to join ABVP in the first year. 

Now it was in South Campus and the first thing we met here was Avinash Bhaiya, Satendra Bhaiya, and Harish Bhaiya, whom we also affectionately call Harry Bhaiya. Apart from this, Hrishikesh Bhaiya, Chandan Bhaiya, Rahul Bhai, Neeraj, Lakhwinder, and many others. Well, here too, the study became more fun and now the library had also started going. Her fun had begun. Meanwhile, Vinay left this world, papa had an accident, there was a problem at home, and some special people left.  Who left, you all are intelligent, you will understand, if I say that it was broken, then we met the beloved late Dinesh Tiwari Sir, a teacher who loved children very much, sir's class and then there was a different fun in the intense. I still remember when Sir wrote my first article 18 times. I was angry but sir was looking at me with a faint smile. 

Campus research and working for it was a different experience. Then sir's dream was that every student should get career guidance for free and he wanted to do this after retiring himself. During the time of Covid, Sir spoke to about 800 students on the phone, but who knew that on November 14, 2020, when the whole of India was being illuminated on Diwali, a lamp would be extinguished, Sir left us all. I was lucky to have had sir's last darshan. Dinesh sir was a teacher with whom I used to talk for hours on various topics, sir had completely changed, my thinking too. 

On July 8, 2020, Bharat Gyanakshar started, but on the day its logo and name were to be brought in front of the people, he left the head. Once again I was standing alone, doing everything myself, getting a courageous hand up from my head, facing people's taunts and so much more. Today Bharat Gyanakshar has become a group of 35 thousand students, here everything is free of cost. Through this, notes of every government exam in India, college notes, everything is given free of cost. Apart from this, For the last 3 years, I have been giving Newspapers to 3 thousand children in pdf rooms. Apart from this, every Sunday discussion session so that children who are afraid to speak learn to speak and their personality development is done because it is needed from UPSC to job interviews. 

Apart from this, we have also produced many series, including Kargil Series, DU Series, and Unsung Heroes Series. Through this, internships were provided to the students. Apart from this, he also started the media wing of Bharat Gyanakshar, named The BG TImes, through which he started the work of teaching media students. Today, 35,000 students from more than 35 universities have joined. I myself take career guidance, personality development, mental health, youth problem, anxiety session, and exam sessions, apart from this, expert sessions in every field are also held from time to time. 

In these 3 years, I have been walking on the road, before sleeping and skipping food, and many times due to this, my health deteriorated, but I continued to work, even today I drink tea only after sending newspapers to everyone in the morning. I have heard the taunts of the people, and seen them leave together, but they are determined to fulfill the dream they have seen for this India and the students. Even today, I can hardly sleep for 4 to 5 hours because the demands of the students have to be met. The team gives full support, but if only one leader is not active, then the team also becomes sluggish. Even today, even after working so hard, many people go away by abusing me, but I do not smile or say anything to them because I think that they are useless. Even today, when I am disappointed, I watch Sachin Paaji's videos, trying to give happiness to others while managing myself. 

The one who supported me the most in this episode is my friend Divya Tuteja, who is also the President of BG, she has seen and suffered my anger, 60% of the work, managing the team. Alka BG's first secretary and my good friend, in fact, when we were thinking of the name of BG, I gave Bharat and Alka gave the knowledge letter and thus got the name Bharat Gyanakshar. There will also be at least 50 meetings for its logo and name. Out of a team of 50 people in BG, 45 are girls. Aanchal, Krinal, Niharika Yastika, Utkarsha, Ujjwal, Khushi Dahiya. Pooja Ahlawat and Jyoti Tiwari are the people who worked hard to take BG forward, although those who left the team are also expected to come back. Bharat Gyanakshar belongs to all of you, it is for all of you, this is the dream that Dinesh sir and I saw together. Of course, the view was different, but the thinking was the same, my thinking is that no student should deviate due to lack of guidance and the ghost of coaching should be removed from the minds of the students, and coaching, which has become a business, should be abolished. A coaching-free India should be created and every student should pass every major exam from UPSC on his own.
